Who are we?
We are an established kid’s enrichment company in providing EQ and IQ training to children for the past 12 years. Our programs focus on enhancing various soft skills such as communication, heightening self-esteem, leadership skills, money and time management, arithmetic and linguistic reasoning, creativity and critical thinking.
In creating a curriculum for children in Asia, The company has invested our US$4 million in Research and Development, inviting leading professors from Harvard, MIT, Michigan University, Washington University and University of Hong Kong. Upholding the belief that scientifically proven education can better our children and future, together, they led a team of educators from both Western and Oriental cultures to develop the core of all company programs.
We are expanding and we welcome passionate staff to join us in this venture.
Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management, organization and administration of the school in order to create a productive, disciplined learning environment.
- Deliver training programs to various age group including babies, children and teenagers.
- Responsible for training operations and administration, training seminars and consultancy services.
- Lead, motivate and manage staff by delegating responsibility, setting expectations and targets and evaluating staff performance.
- Handle assigned ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Language, Sociology or related discipline.
- At Least 5 years of experience in teaching, program design, curriculum planning or equivalent.
- Native in English will be an advantage.
- Love children, proactive and energetic with positive attitude.
- Experience in playgroup and training enter will be an advantage.
- Willing to work at weekends.
- Strong Leadership skills, displaying courage and conviction.
- Willing to make a contract for at least 2 years.
Salary- negotiate
